My relationship with photography grew from a desire to document my experiences in the outdoors. From an early age I saw the value in recording through imagery the memories I was making with friends to ensure that years down the line we could relive the time we spent together hiking, climbing, or skiing. Capturing moments as they organically occur in the natural light of the landscape is how I photograph those days in the mountains, and I approach wedding photography in the same way.

I capture once in a lifetime moments as they happen. I'm mindful of the details, of the environment and the landscape, the emotion and the people and combine all of these components into a cohesive story of one of the happiest days of your life as you join your partner.

My style is a mix of this journalistic realism met with artful portraiture which blends to form galleries full of both authentic candids and beautiful compositions of you and your partner on your special day.

The photography is only part of my role in your wedding day. My goal is to not only produce wonderful images but to help support and guide you through the day, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident as we progress through the evening and provide gentle coaching and assistance for portraits that are a natural reflection of you and your partner.
